Information Needed at Loan Application

Thank you for Choosing us for your Loan process. Just to begin you will need to gather up some important documents that are listed below.

All types of Loans:

• W-2s for the past two years and two recent pay-stubs
• Most recent copy of bank statements- all accounts Past two months
• Social Security card and Driver's License/State ID (Green Card if Permanent Resident Alien)
• Self- Employed - Last two years tax returns, all schedules, YTD and P & L and Letter from CPA

If purchasing a New home

• Contract Signed by all parties
• Rental/Mortgage history for the past two years

If refinancing your current home

• Name of Current Mortgage lending instituion, account number and contact phone number
• Copy of owner's title insurance, deed and survey (if available)
