Optimum Health.


To achieve balance in life, Health is an essential part of the whole scheme. To maximize your health you must eat right and exercise. But as we all know exercising and eating right can be a tough combination to put together.

Let me share with you...

I am today and have always been a workout kind of a guy. I play sports and I like to run. Needless to say, going to the Gym has never been a problem. I've always had a schedule of at least 4 times a week. The problem was that I did not realize as you get older your metabolism really slows down to a crawl and everything that I could have eaten when I was young and 21, I just couldn't eat anymore....it was depressing.

Right around 27yrs, it was just obviously getting harder and harder to maintain my desired weight. But I refused to starve myself so I just worked out alot more. I was still just a little bigger than what I wanted to be and I just kept putting on more and more pounds slowly but surely. I gradually went from being 175 pounds to a hefty 220 lbs. And that was with a regular exercise regimen. I couldn't imagine what it would have been like if I wasn’t exercising regularly. The only time that I lost weight was when I did not eat. Bad news. I would be STARVING. So starvation was definitely not a good idea.
In a perfect world I would eat whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. But a perfect world is not what we live in and for me I was a little too heavy for my taste so something had to be done.

Being tired of the up and down weight loss and gain, I figured out that I needed some help. I searched the internet and asked some friends for some recommendations. I tried a few weight loss products but nothing seemed to work. It was always so frustrating. And I was on the verge of giving up.... Then like a ray of light shinning on a dark spot everything changed. When I was just about to give up on the whole idea, I noticed that a friend of mine had dropped some noticeable weight and she was looking great. I asked her "Are you on a diet?" The second one for my lunch and for dinner, I keep it sensible. I also make sure I get my 20 minutes of exercise in every day. Finding the time to exercise is easier knowing that all I need is 20 minutes a day. Just like like waking up and brushing my teeth. The one thing I realized is that being heavier than you want to be is no fun. no fun at all. And Im happy I did something about it.
